A deposit of £100 is required to reserve a week and the reservation will be confirmed by email. The deposit is non-refundable. It is recommended that holiday cancellation insurance is taken out.

• Prices quoted are per week.
• Bookings are for a minimum of 7 nights arriving on a Saturday.
• Discounts are available for couples or 2 week bookings.
• Short stays are by arrangement and during low season only.
• The balance is payable 6 weeks before your arrival.
• Payment can be by cheque, internet banking, international payment or PayPal if required.
• We ask that guests arrive no earlier than 4.00 p.m. and depart no later than 10.00 a.m.

Prices include all linen, towels, kitchen cleaning materials, hand soap, an inital supply of wood and kindling, electricity and heating oil.
